Michael Kors seeks a Sales Supervisor in Toronto to lead retail operations and drive customer engagement. Part-time, CAD 21.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist management in driving sales results through strategic execution and operational excellence
- Execute opening and closing procedures and manage key operational tasks
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and styling guidance
- Develop personal product knowledge and master current fashion trends to enhance customer engagement
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through clienteling and personalized service
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting team development
- Manage inventory, merchandise presentation, and point-of-sale operations
- Work flexibly across weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Authorization to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Strong visual assessment and communication skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on retail experience, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and a proven ability to lead and develop team members in a customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or fashion merchandising preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 21 per hour.
