Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in achieving sales targets through strategic, multi‑faceted initiatives.
- Execute and own opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to maintain store standards.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by developing product and trend knowledge and coaching styling techniques.
- Lead by example to uphold the highest standards of customer service, team conduct and visual presentation.
- Empower and mentor sales staff to improve performance, multitasking abilities and clienteling skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
