Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Manage key opening and closing duties and perform operational tasks

Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor retail staff
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs
- Ability to operate point-of-sale equipment and handle merchandise
Skills
Experience
2+ years of relevant retail supervisory or management experience required. Experience with clienteling and building lasting customer relationships is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members in a retail setting is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal higher education required.
