Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties and oversee operational tasks
- Demonstrate flexibility and foster individual growth within a fast-paced retail environment
- Develop and deepen customer relationships by cultivating personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques

Qualifications

Experience
2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a luxury fashion environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management, fashion, or business is advantageous but not required
