Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals and support the achievement of team sales objectives
- Develop and refine personal sales techniques while coaching associates to maximize sales performance
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and market trends to drive informed selling
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and staff support
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues including returns, dissatisfied customers, and defective merchandise
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train sales staff on register usage, maintenance, and proper execution of management functions
- Oversee stock processing, shipping and receiving protocols, and related documentation
- Participate in inventory counts and physical stock audits
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, and stocked to reflect the brand's visual standards
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives
- Process deliveries in a timely manner and identify product concerns
- Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards consistent with brand guidelines

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience

- Knowledge of retail operations including inventory management and cash handling
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
