Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets through strategic sales techniques and product knowledge
- Develop and mentor sales associates' selling skills to maximize overall store performance
- Build and maintain a personal client book; support associates in developing their client relationships for repeat business
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee daily store operations including cash controls, inventory management, and stock rotation
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, security protocols, and inventory accuracy
- Train and guide sales staff on point-of-sale systems, register procedures, and payment processing
- Ensure the selling floor maintains proper visual merchandising standards, organization, and stock levels
- Coordinate product deliveries, verify receipt, and communicate inventory needs to management
- Maintain professional brand image and grooming standards; ensure staff compliance with company appearance policies
- Participate in physical inventories and stock management initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience
- Proven sales achievement and ability to consistently meet sales targets
- Strong supervisory and team leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and product categories
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
