Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor in Scarborough to support store results, oversee opening and closing operations, coach styling, and guide the team in delivering excellent customer service. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant retail experience, English proficiency, and authorization to work for any employer in the United States; compensation is CAD 19.50–24.00 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving results through a strategic, multifaceted approach.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
- Build customer relationships by developing personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques.
- Empower the team to deliver the highest customer service standards while demonstrating leadership and multitasking capabilities.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant retail experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to meet store scheduling expectations, including a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail and sales days, including the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Mother’s Day.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop.
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment.
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work in busy environments, including under bright lights, with music, and during peak traffic hours.
