Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance to meet and exceed targets through elevated service and product knowledge.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to optimise individual selling techniques and build repeat clientele through clienteling.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, resolve client complaints promptly and ensure follow-through on shipping, alterations and special requests.
- Support store manager with risk management, physical security, cash controls and inventory integrity; execute management register functions.
- Assist in hiring, training and performance follow-up for sales staff; ensure adherence to brand image and grooming standards.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards on the selling floor, process deliveries, and participate in inventory cycles.
- Manage shipping/receiving protocols and related documentation; when required, transport merchandise to/from off-site locations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team.
- Practical knowledge of inventory control, cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
- Valid driver’s license when role requires off-site product transfers.

Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity; prior experience in luxury, premium or fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, retail management or related field preferred.
