Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals whilst developing advanced sales techniques and coaching associates to maximize revenue
- Build and maintain a robust personal client book, supporting associates in developing and leveraging their own customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve client complaints and returns swiftly, and ensure complete satisfaction with all transactions and special requests
- Supervise and train sales associates across all operational functions, including register usage, cash controls, and customer service protocols
- Oversee stock management, coordinate receiving and shipping procedures, participate in inventory counts, and maintain accurate related documentation
- Ensure the selling floor remains impeccably presented, properly stocked, and aligned with visual merchandising directives at all times
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory oversight
- Maintain and project professional grooming and appearance standards consistent with the Michael Kors brand image
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and maintain awareness of fashion industry trends and market developments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage customer-facing conflicts
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in retail point-of-sale systems and inventory management procedures
