Role & Responsibilities
- Assist senior management in achieving sales results through strategic, multifaceted approaches
- Manage critical opening and closing procedures and operational tasks
- Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to individual growth within a fast-paced store environment
- Build client relationships by continuously developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
- Empower the team to deliver the highest standards of customer service whilst exercising leadership and multitasking capabilities
- Maintain store standards and monitor team performance to ensure consistent brand representation

- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience

Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail. Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a retail environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further retail management training or certification is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 19 per hour.
