Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets through elevated levels of service and selling techniques.

Qualifications

- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with an emphasis on repeat business and personalized service.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving protocols and basic loss-prevention procedures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills; ability to enforce brand standards and store procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; valid driver's license and clean driving record when role requires offsite transfers.
