Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store-level sales targets whilst building enduring client relationships
- Supervise and motivate retail staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Maintain rigorous customer service standards and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Execute multi-tasking capabilities to manage diverse operational priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Monitor inventory management and visual merchandising standards within the boutique
