Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales targets whilst developing personal sales techniques and assisting associates in maximizing their performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using personal client book and supporting team members in utilizing their own client books
- Resolve client problems and complaints swiftly and effectively whilst ensuring satisfaction and maintaining brand reputation
- Support and encourage the sales team to deliver the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, well-stocked and reflects the correct visual image in alignment with brand directives
- Collaborate with store management in risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Assist in training the sales team on register usage, maintenance, and proper execution of management functions
- Participate in stock management, shipping and receiving protocols, and inventory counts
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Ensure all sales-related policies and procedures are maintained and consistently applied
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards reflective of the brand at all times
- Support training programs and seminars whilst ensuring adherence to work schedules and attendance standards
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or fashion environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets
- Strong client relationship management skills with ability to build and maintain clientele
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and management register functions
- In-depth knowledge of fashion merchandise and product categories
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
Skills
Experience
Several years of retail sales experience with demonstrated progression to a supervisory or lead role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environments. Track record of consistently achieving sales targets and developing high-performing sales teams.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or fashion certifications preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Roermond, Limburg, Netherlands.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 32,000 to EUR 49,000 per annum.
