Michael Kors seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead and support store teams, elevate in-store and virtual client experiences, manage clienteling and sales performance, and contribute to loss prevention and store operations. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, in Riga.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and support the store team in collaboration with store management to foster an accountable and productive environment.
- Support the management team in onboarding new employees and developing their skills, ensuring each person feels welcomed and supported.
- Encourage the team to prioritize an inclusive, high-quality customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat purchases in-store and through virtual shopping.
- Ensure MK brand ambassadors maintain client communications through all available clienteling apps and tools.
- Proactively manage the client database to increase sales.
- Set and clearly communicate sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring team members understand their contribution to overall results.
- Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention and work with store management to address current issues promptly.
- Use company communication platforms effectively and ensure relevant updates and tasks are completed.
Qualifications
- Retail experience, preferably in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a team, demonstrating empathy and respect for different working styles, and communicating clearly.
- Technological proficiency and willingness to use digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
- Understanding of key retail performance indicators (KPIs) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 12,500 to EUR 25,000 per annum.
