Michael Kors seeks a Full Time Sales Supervisor in Richmond Heights to lead luxury fashion retail operations and drive store performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals whilst developing personal sales techniques and assisting associates in maximizing their sales performance
- Provide staff supervision, guidance, and training in all areas of register usage, maintenance, and point-of-sale procedures
- Maintain and develop personal client book; assist staff in client relationship management to encourage repeat business and clientele retention
- Address all client problems, complaints, and service issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving escalated concerns
- Assist store management in risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, and stock protocol execution
- Ensure the selling floor remains neat, organized, and properly stocked whilst implementing and maintaining all merchandising and visual directives
- Oversee proper processing of deliveries, address product concerns in a timely manner, and manage inventory levels to support business goals
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards reflective of the brand; ensure staff compliance with company appearance and conduct policies
- Participate in all training programs and seminars; assist in follow-up and ensure adherence to work schedules and attendance requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong supervisory and staff training capabilities
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail operations management
- Knowledge of luxury fashion merchandise and market trends

Experience
Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience, with demonstrated supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
