Qualifications

- Strong customer service ethos with proven clienteling ability and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to perform opening/closing duties and other essential store operational tasks.
- Flexible availability compatible with a part-time retail schedule.

Experience
At least 2 years' experience in a retail environment with direct interaction with customers; prior supervisory or team-lead responsibilities and experience in clienteling are highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary coursework or vocational training in retail, fashion, merchandising or business is preferred but not required.
