Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management to drive results through a strategic and multifaceted approach
- Execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks to maintain store standards
- Foster customer relationships by continually developing personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques
- Empower team to ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Knowledge of clienteling with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Self-starter with the desire to mentor and develop personal leadership qualities

Skills
Experience
2+ years of relevant retail experience required. Background in luxury retail or fashion retail strongly preferred, with demonstrated experience in customer relationship building and sales team supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.50 to CAD 21.50 per hour.
