Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Supervisor in Richmond, BC. Lead retail operations, clienteling and a sales team for the Michael Kors store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership to drive sales results through strategic, multi-faceted initiatives.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on styling techniques, clienteling and customer service standards.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends and product assortments.
- Lead and empower the sales team to meet service KPI targets while multitasking across operational priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury environment.
- Proven ability to perform store opening and closing procedures and manage operational responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with a desire to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong customer‑facing skills with a track record of clienteling and relationship building.
- Flexible, self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated sales performance and supervisory or mentoring responsibilities in a fashion or lifestyle store.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.50 to CAD 21 per hour.
