Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily boutique operations, including key opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.
- Drive personal and store sales targets through coaching, floor leadership and execution of sales initiatives.
- Coach and mentor sales associates in clienteling, styling techniques and product knowledge to elevate customer engagement.
- Support upper management with execution of merchandising, promotions and strategic sales activities.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the brand’s customer service standards while managing competing priorities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to develop customer relationships.
- Proven leadership or supervisory aptitude with a desire to mentor and develop others.
- Energetic, brand-appropriate presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, ideally within premium or luxury retail, with exposure to supervisory duties or team leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Queenstown, Maryland, USA, with easy access to Baltimore.
