Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and develop store sales personnel, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly with qualified candidates.
- Provide hands-on sales leadership on the sales floor to drive daily performance and achieve store targets.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and elevate client experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, loss prevention and cash-handling protocols.
- Implement and maintain brand merchandising standards and visual presentation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles.
- Proven ability to lead and develop front-line retail teams.
- Strong operational aptitude with attention to process and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in retail, preferably within fashion or luxury brands, with a track record of coaching teams, meeting sales targets and upholding brand standards.
Education
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 18 per hour.
