Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach the store sales team (MK Ambassadors), fostering a culture of performance, accountability and exemplary customer service.
- Support management with onboarding, training and ongoing development of store staff to maximise individual and store results.
- Drive in‑store and Virtual Shopping sales by ensuring the team prioritises exceptional client experiences and follow-up.
- Oversee clienteling activity: ensure consistent use of clienteling apps and tools, proactive database management and regular client communication to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Set, communicate and monitor sales, unit and KPI targets for the team; deliver actionable feedback and corrective plans where necessary.
- Own loss‑prevention actions and collaborate with Store Manager, Area Manager and Loss Prevention to address early indicators of shrink.
- Ensure effective use of company communication platforms and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with a fast‑paced, customer‑centric retailer, ideally in premium or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a sales team.
- Technology‑savvy with practical experience using clienteling platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Strong numeric literacy and familiarity with retail KPIs and sales reporting.
- Fluent Czech and conversational English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven, hands‑on retail experience in a fast‑moving environment with demonstrable results in sales delivery and team leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, sales or hospitality preferred.
