Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store-wide sales targets whilst continuously refining personal sales techniques and mentoring associates to maximize performance
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and employ elevated sales and service standards to drive revenue
- Monitor all post-sale details including shipment, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain adherence to all sales policies and procedures whilst fostering a keen interest in fashion industry trends
- Support and encourage the team to deliver exceptional customer service consistently
- Build and sustain a personalized clientele base using customer records and assist associates in developing their own client relationships
- Address customer issues and complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the store director on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
