Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including key opening and closing duties and execution of operational tasks.
- Drive personal and store sales results through strategic execution, visual standards and proactive client outreach.
- Supervise, coach and mentor sales associates to develop styling skills, product knowledge and service behaviours.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through clienteling and personalised styling recommendations.
- Empower the team to deliver consistent luxury customer service standards while managing multiple priorities on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Proven ability to supervise or lead front-line retail staff with a focus on coaching and development.
