Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated levels of selling and service.
- Coach, motivate and develop sales associates to maximise individual and team performance.
- Deliver exemplary client service; build and maintain repeat clientele through active clienteling and the use of personal/client books.
- Manage post-sale customer care including shipping, alterations and special requests to secure client satisfaction.

- Strong cash-handling and register/POS proficiency.
