Michael Kors in Phoenix Metropolitan Area seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor to lead store sales, coach the team and deliver premium client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including key opening and closing procedures and operational tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Drive personal and store sales through strategic initiatives, coaching and performance management of the sales team.
- Foster enduring customer relationships through clienteling and personalised styling guidance.
- Lead by example to maintain high customer service standards, empowering the team and managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Support upper management with execution of visual, merchandising and promotional activities to optimise store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop a sales team.
- Strong clienteling aptitude with a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
- Energetic, motivated brand ambassador with a passion for fashion and customer service.
- Technologically literate with the capacity to adopt retail systems and digital clienteling tools.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience with exposure to supervisory responsibilities; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and proven clienteling success is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or vocational training in fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
