Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic, multifaceted approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties and manage operational tasks
- Coach team members on styling techniques, product knowledge, and current fashion trends
- Empower team to deliver exceptional customer service while exercising leadership and multi-tasking abilities
- Develop and maintain clienteling relationships to build customer loyalty

- Meet store scheduling expectations and work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to operate point-of-sale equipment
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in written and verbal formats
