Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated levels of selling and service.
  • Supervise and mentor sales associates, developing their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, build repeat clientele and manage escalated client issues to resolution.
  • Support store operations including register functions, cash controls, shipping/receiving and inventory participation.
  • Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor reflects the brand image.
  • Collaborate with the store manager on risk management, physical security and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation with experience resolving complex client issues.
  • Familiarity with retail operations: point-of-sale/register functions, stock handling and inventory processes.
  • Professional personal presentation consistent with brand standards.
