Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through elevated levels of selling and service.
- Supervise and mentor sales associates, developing their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, build repeat clientele and manage escalated client issues to resolution.
- Support store operations including register functions, cash controls, shipping/receiving and inventory participation.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor reflects the brand image.
- Collaborate with the store manager on risk management, physical security and loss-prevention procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies including grooming/image standards, time & attendance and training follow-up.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and coach a retail team to achieve results.
- Strong customer service orientation with experience resolving complex client issues.
- Familiarity with retail operations: point-of-sale/register functions, stock handling and inventory processes.
- Professional personal presentation consistent with brand standards.

Experience
Minimum two years of specialty retail experience; prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; further retail or sales training is advantageous.
