Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets through coaching, performance management and hands‑on leadership.
  • Support store leadership with strategic initiatives to drive sales and conversion, including floor management and merchandising execution.
  • Perform key operational duties such as opening and closing procedures, visual standards compliance and daily administrative tasks.
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships by coaching styling techniques, promoting clienteling practices and ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic retail environment and mentor team members to foster professional development and high service performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead, mentor and develop a retail sales team.
  • Strong customer‑facing skills with a genuine passion for fashion and brand representation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexible availability (part‑time schedule).
