Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and act as a fashion advisor to clients across product categories
  • Manage multiple customer interactions concurrently while driving sales and conversion
  • Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, visual standards and loss prevention
  • Assist management with staffing needs, opening/closing procedures and operational tasks executed with speed and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
