Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and store sales performance to meet established targets through elevated levels of selling and service.
  • Coach, develop and mentor sales associates to refine selling techniques and expand client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, resolving customer issues and ensuring post-sale follow-through (shipping, alterations, special requests).
  • Support store operations including cash controls, loss prevention, inventory management, shipping/receiving and participation in inventories.
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards: ensure the selling floor is organized, stocked and aligned with brand directives.
  • Assist in team scheduling, adherence to image and grooming standards, and follow-up on training initiatives.
  • When assigned, perform offsite product transportation responsibilities in accordance with company protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience.
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach sales teams and drive results against targets.
  • Professional appearance and strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred when offsite driving duties are required.

Experience
