Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals whilst developing enhanced sales techniques
- Supervise and mentor sales associates to maximize individual and store performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client relationship management
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, and inventory control
- Train sales staff in register usage, protocols, and point-of-sale systems
- Execute shipping, receiving, and inventory management procedures
- Participate in physical inventory counts
- Ensure the selling floor maintains proper visual merchandising standards and product organization
- Process merchandise deliveries in a timely manner and identify product concerns
- Monitor sales transactions including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards representative of the brand
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales staff
- Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and register functions
- Experience with inventory management and stock coordination
