Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Perform key opening and closing duties and manage operational tasks
- Supervise and empower the sales team to maintain the highest customer service standards
- Foster customer relationships by developing personal knowledge of current trends and coaching team members on styling techniques

Qualifications
