Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Ottawa, Canada — lead store teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to consistently achieve individual and store sales targets while safeguarding the customer experience.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures and oversee daily operational tasks to maintain visual, inventory and merchandising standards.
- Develop client relationships through personalized styling, clienteling and follow-up strategies to maximise lifetime value.
- Support upper management with data-driven initiatives and multi-faceted approaches to drive traffic and conversion.
- Delegate tasks, manage staffing on the shop floor and ensure adherence to loss-prevention and point-of-sale procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience with progressive responsibility in sales or supervisory roles.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); clear verbal communication and customer-facing presentation skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada without employer-sponsored immigration support.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; ability to meet store scheduling requirements.
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, reach, bend and handle merchandise and POS equipment.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, including direct customer service and supervisory/leader responsibilities on the sales floor.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail, fashion merchandising or business is advantageous.
