Michael Kors seeks part-time Sales Supervisor in Orlando, FL. Lead retail team and drive sales while maintaining brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals while developing personal sales techniques and coaching associates to maximize performance
- Provide elevated levels of sales and customer service utilizing in-depth merchandise knowledge
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support staff in delivering exceptional customer service and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues quickly and effectively while assisting associates with returns and defective merchandise
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train sales staff on register usage and execute all management register functions
- Oversee stock, shipping, receiving protocols, and related paperwork while participating in inventory cycles
- Ensure the selling floor remains organized, well-stocked, and visually aligned with brand image standards
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives while identifying product concerns in a timely manner
- Enforce professional image and grooming standards reflective of the Michael Kors brand
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality while supporting all training programs and seminars
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to exceed personal and store sales targets
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in retail fashion

Experience
