Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor in Orlando, FL to lead sales, coach staff and elevate client experiences at the men's store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in driving sales performance through strategic, multi-faceted initiatives and day-to-day execution.
- Supervise and coach sales associates to ensure outstanding client engagement, styling advice and sustained client relationships (clienteling).
- Perform and oversee key opening and closing duties and essential operational tasks to maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
- Empower the sales team to deliver consistent customer service standards while managing multiple priorities and floor operations.
- Develop product and trend knowledge and transfer styling techniques through hands-on coaching and performance feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop sales teams.
- Strong clienteling skills with a proven capacity to build long-term customer relationships.
- Energetic, motivated and brand-focused with a customer-first mindset.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and to perform opening/closing duties.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience; prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
