Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Supervise and empower team members to ensure adherence to highest customer service standards
- Develop and mentor staff in current fashion trends and styling techniques
- Foster lasting customer relationships through clienteling and personal engagement
- Manage personal and store sales goals while maintaining operational excellence

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity within luxury fashion or accessible luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail or business education preferred.
