Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, ensuring all positions are filled timely with qualified personnel
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active participation on the selling floor
- Ensure associates maintain the highest standards of customer service and brand representation
- Monitor adherence to all operational procedures and brand guidelines
- Implement and maintain merchandising directives and visual standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment within the retail store
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury sector
- Strong operational and administrative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
