Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets whilst developing personal sales techniques and coaching associates on optimized sales methodologies
- Provide exceptional customer service, build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client relationship management, and resolve customer complaints and returns efficiently
- Lead and support sales staff in delivering consistent, elevated service standards and assist with customer service escalations including dissatisfied customers and defective merchandise
- Collaborate with store management on risk assessment, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train sales associates on point-of-sale systems, register functions, and usage protocols
- Oversee stock management, receiving, shipping procedures, and associated documentation; participate in physical inventory counts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure the selling floor is properly organized and stocked, and execute merchandising directives
- Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives and identify product concerns proactively
- Uphold professional image and grooming standards aligned with brand guidelines; maintain adherence to scheduling and attendance policies
- Support implementation and follow-up of training programs and seminars

- Proven track record of exceeding personal and team sales targets in a retail environment

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail supervisory or team lead experience in a fast-paced, branded retail environment, with demonstrated success in sales generation, staff development, and operational management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is preferred.
