Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Mishawaka, IN — lead store sales, coach the team and drive clienteling for the Michael Kors store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to achieve individual and store sales targets through coaching, performance management and hands-on selling.
- Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention practices.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling strategies and personalised styling recommendations.
- Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and consistent product knowledge.
- Execute merchandising and visual standards to ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment and the effective use of point-of-sale systems.
- Adapt staffing and service priorities during peak retail periods and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; company is unable to sponsor visas.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform routine physical tasks required in-store.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrated success in sales and customer engagement; prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a high-volume, branded retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or leadership training preferred.
