Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance through coaching, goal setting and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor sales associates on the sales floor, ensuring consistent delivery of elevated customer service.
- Perform key opening and closing procedures and complete operational tasks to maintain store standards.
- Develop client relationships and coach styling techniques, product knowledge and clienteling practices.
- Empower the team to meet customer service standards while managing multiple priorities during peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail events.
- Capacity to perform required physical duties (stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, operate point-of-sale equipment).
Skills
Experience
At least two years of retail experience; prior supervisory or lead experience in a fashion or luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or credentials in fashion, retail management or business is beneficial but not required.
