Michael Kors Sales Supervisor position in Sawgrass, Miami. Lead sales team, drive revenue goals, manage inventory and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through elevated sales and service techniques
- Develop and mentor sales associates' sales techniques and client relationship practices to maximize performance
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and maintain awareness of fashion industry trends
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special customer requests to ensure satisfaction
- Support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele through personal client books
- Resolve client problems and complaints swiftly and effectively
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train and supervise sales staff on register usage, maintenance, and management functions
- Oversee stock, shipping, and receiving protocols, including related paperwork and inventory participation
- Maintain the selling floor aesthetics through proper organisation, stocking, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure timely processing of deliveries and identification of product concerns
- Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- Enforce professional image and grooming standards reflective of the brand
- Maintain adherence to work schedules and support all training programs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or sales leadership role within luxury retail
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor retail staff
- Expert-level product knowledge and sales acumen
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity within luxury retail or high-end fashion retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent training preferred.
