Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals while developing and mentoring sales associates' techniques to maximize performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and strategic relationship development
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, overseeing returns, defective merchandise, and customer dissatisfaction concerns
- Support the sales team in delivering elevated levels of service and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Train sales staff on register usage, maintenance, and proper execution of management functions
- Oversee stock management, shipping, receiving protocols, and related documentation
- Ensure the selling floor remains organized, properly stocked, and visually aligned with brand standards
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives; process deliveries promptly
- Monitor and communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- Participate in physical inventories and stock counts

Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of fashion industry trends and product merchandising
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution capabilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Skills
Experience
Prior experience as a sales associate or supervisory role in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to drive sales, mentor team members, and maintain operational standards in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
