Michael Kors is hiring a part-time Sales Supervisor (Men's) in Mercedes, TX at Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures and operational tasks.
- Coach, mentor and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver and model high standards of customer service and clienteling; build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Support upper management in executing strategic sales initiatives and merchandising priorities.
- Manage floor coverage and staffing during peak traffic periods, holiday events and promotional days.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, with prior supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs, including weekends, holidays and major retail events.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform routine merchandising and POS tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience with demonstrated sales results; previous experience supervising or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management, business or fashion is a plus.
