Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results through delivery of an elevated customer experience and consistent application of product knowledge
- Execute opening and closing duties and operational tasks with excellence and attention to detail
- Foster lasting customer relationships by developing expertise in current fashion trends and advanced styling techniques
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising multitasking and leadership capabilities
- Build and cultivate a client book through strategic relationship development to drive repeat traffic and create meaningful client engagement
- Drive omnichannel sales performance by leveraging all available tools, technology platforms, and sales channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop leadership qualities in others
- Proven track record in clienteling and building lasting customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail operations and technology platforms
- Exceptional customer service orientation with ability to communicate with passion and authenticity
Skills
Experience
2+ years of progressive retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion or designer accessories; demonstrated experience in customer-facing sales roles with emphasis on relationship building and clienteling
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or fashion-related training preferred
Workplace
This position is based in Markham, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19 to CAD 20.50 per hour.
