Michael Kors is hiring a Sales Supervisor in Malaga, Spain (MK Malaga Outlet - Pop Up). Lead store performance and clientelling for a global luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, inspire and develop the store team to deliver consistent, inclusive and high-quality customer experiences both in-store and via virtual shopping channels.
- Partner with store leadership on onboarding, performance management and cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales through active clientelling: ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using clienteling apps and tools and proactively manage the client database.
- Set, cascade and monitor sales targets and KPIs so every team member understands their contribution to store performance.
- Implement and champion loss-prevention measures, collaborating with leadership to identify and mitigate operational risk.
- Use company communication platforms effectively and action corporate updates, promotions and operational directives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment; prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to lead with empathy, clarity and respect for diverse working styles.
- Comfortable with digital sales tools and clientelling platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Resilient and adaptable with strong organisational attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Proven experience in retail, ideally within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment; supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational retail training or formal customer service qualifications are a plus.
