Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals while developing effective sales techniques and coaching associates to maximize performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personalized engagement, client book management, and elevated service delivery
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
