Michael Kors seeks a Sales Supervisor in Los Angeles (Beverly Center) to lead the retail team, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in driving sales performance through strategic, multi‑faceted initiatives and execution of daily priorities.
- Perform and supervise key opening and closing procedures and broader operational tasks to ensure store readiness and loss prevention.
- Coach, mentor and motivate sales associates to deliver elevated client experiences and maintain high customer service standards.
- Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised styling advice and follow‑up activities.
- Allocate tasks, manage floor coverage and escalate operational issues while maintaining a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience.
