The Sales Supervisor leads and coaches the store team, driving sales, client experience and operational standards across in-store and virtual channels. Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead and coach the store team, collaborating with the host store to foster performance delivery and accountability.
- Support the management team in training and developing the store team and onboarding new employees.
- Lead MK Ambassadors in delivering exceptional in-store and virtual customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communications through available clienteling apps and tools.
- Proactively manage the client database to increase sales.
- Set sales and unit goals and relevant KPIs for MK Ambassadors, and communicate them effectively.
- Prioritize loss prevention, act quickly on early indications of loss, and collaborate with the SM, ASM and LPRM.
- Ensure company communication platforms are used effectively and relevant actions are taken.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with a fast-paced retailer.
- Technological proficiency and the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude, speed, energy and optimism.
- Proficiency in KPIs and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English.
