Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, inspire and support the store team while partnering with store leadership to build a culture of accountability, high performance and inclusivity.
- Assist in onboarding and developing team members to ensure they feel welcomed, supported and equipped to meet sales objectives.
- Drive exceptional in-store and virtual customer experiences, guiding the team to prioritise client retention and repeat business.
