Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach store sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining elevated customer service standards.
- Assist store management in executing strategic initiatives and driving sales through targeted client engagement and promotional activity.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and ensure operational compliance with store procedures.
- Develop customer relationships through clienteling, fashion knowledge and styling guidance to foster repeat business.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and merchandise handling, including visual assessment and stock presentation.
- Lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment, multitasking between sales floor leadership and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Ability to meet physical requirements: stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours), lift and carry up to 30 pounds, reach, bend, kneel and stoop.

At least 2 years of hands-on retail sales experience with demonstrated ability to coach others, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced store environment.
